Love Flora Studio - Terms and Conditions
By making a deposit payment and/or completing my booking form you are accepting these terms and
entering into contract. We reserve the right, at Love Flora Studio’s sole discretion,
to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
The Design Process
You will be sent PDF proofs throughout the design process for you to check wording, layout and spelling.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the wording is exactly as you want it and that there are no spelling
mistakes etc. Love Flora Studio will not be held responsible for any spelling mistakes. Printing will not commence
until I have received written sign off from you. By signing off on the final proof you accept responsibility for the
information, wording and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, you will be charged for
the time to rework and reprint. I estimate the completion time of each order based on my workflow at that time.
I am not able to send a physical proof of your suite prior to the production phase.
After your first proof has been issued, 3 rounds of amends are included, should you wish to make further
amendments after the 3 design proofs, you will be charged at my hourly rate of £40 per hour.
This rate covers any changes made to your proof after issue such as fonts, colour ways, re design, layout
rearrangement etc. Once your first proofs have been completed, any major changes to design - for example
choosing a different suite, or a different style will be counted as a separate project
Copyright and Ownership
All stationery, artwork and designs are the copyright of Love Flora Studio. All rights reserved.
You, or any third party, can not copy or reproduce any of my designs from the PDF proofs or mock ups
sent to you. Any improper or illegal use of the stationery and designs will be pursued.
Cancellations
In the event of an order being cancelled or you do not wish to proceed at any stage by
yourselves Love Flora Studio will not refund any money once the work has commenced on your order.
The start of your order being deemed as from point of your booking form being completed.
From this point you will become liable for the total order amount and of which has been originally quoted
for your order and for the editing and designing time on your order. In the unlikely event of the
order being cancelled by me then you will begiven a full refund.
All and any deposits paid are non refundable. If you have been asked to pay in full, this is non refundable.
All orders which contain personalised details such as names of guests, addresses etc
are deemed none refundable in any instance under the Consumer Protection Law.
Order Adjustments
Additions can be made to your order up to 6 weeks prior to delivery.
If your quantites change, then you will be billed for the extra materials that would have been ordered at this stage.
Any larger changes to your order will incur a rush fee and your delivery date may change.
A minimum spend of £100 is required per order, unless previously agreed, per order deemed as
(1- Save the Dates, 2- Invitations, 3 - On the Day)
Amendments or reductions that reflect the minimum spend dropping below £100 will still be liable to cover the minimum order quantity.
Any order reductions or item removal from your order are unable to be made 12 weeks before your wedding date.
Whilst I understand specifications of items and quantities may change between the booking and process
starting, your quote or order cannot be decreased by more than 10%.
Printing
Please note that samples and proofs may not exactly match the finished product due to variations in the print
production process. Printing can result in small variations. Minor differences in texture, colour, size and
positioning can sometimes occur and are not classed as a fault. Please be aware that colours appear
differently on screen as to printing and I advise that you print all of your proofs prior to approving them, however
colours printed on your home printer are not an accurate representation to those
printed by a professional printer and I am unable to guarantee an exact match.
Postage
I use Royal Mail tracked and signed for insured service on all orders. Love Flora Studio accepts no
responsibility for items lost in the post or delayed due to postal strikes or circumstances out of our control.
Love Flora Studio will not be held responsible for wrong addresses, none collection or other issues which
cause delay. If different to your own, please check that they accept deliveries on your behalf and if they have any
restrctions which may cause and delays with parcels.Proof of postage showing
tracking details and items being shipped within resonable timescales can be provided if requested.
I am happy to send goods Internationally and will source the best form of
postage for these jobs. Please note that goods posted outside the UK may be subject to
local custom charges. Love Flora Studio accepts no responsibility for delays in shipping or duty charges.
Deposits and Payment
A deposit of 50% of your quote is due upon booking. The final payment is due on
approval of the final proof and must be paid before production phase.
All orders with a short turn around or orders under £150 will be charged in full.
Bank transfers are preferable but other forms of payment can be discussed. All charges will be paid via invoice.
All payments must be paid within 7 days of invoicing. Billing will reflect the actual costs incurred and
any client requested changes will be billed additionally.
Deposits are non-refundable in any circumstance. Your deposit covers all bookings in our diary,
i.e invitations and on the day stationery, only on your final order with us will your deposit amount be deducted
from your final invoice. It will not be deducted from your first payment invoice.
Data Protection and Privacy Policy
All information collected from you is confidential and will only be seen by the
Love Flora Studio team and our printing partners if necessary. We will only ever ask
you for the information we need for your order and shipping. Your information and
data will be deleted by Love Flora Studio 90 days after the final job completes.
This includes any address, guest lists and wording for your stationery and your trello
board. All emails will be deleted within 12 months of the final job completing. Invoices
will be kept for 7 years as per tax regulations.
Problems with your Order
Although extremely rare, any damaged or miscounted products must be highlighted within 24 hours of receipt
to hello@loveflorastudio.co.uk . Due to the bespoke nature of our work, Love Flora Studio cannot accept returns.
Delivery costs are non refundable. Please email within 24 hours to hello@loveflorastudio.co.uk
If an order is to be returned, Love Flora Studio is not responsible to cover the costs of postage.
Samples
Love Flora Studio reserves the right to use samples of your stationery for photographs, portfolio and
marketing purposes. This includes photographing and using them on social media and my website, including them
in sample packs and displaying them at wedding fairs and events.
If you do not want us to use your samples for future marketing then please let us know.
